The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager/ Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of Megamind IT Solutions’ Business Intelligence capabilities.

This role combines technical leadership, project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership to drive the successful implementation of data-driven solutions. The BI Lead will ensure high-quality analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across enterprise, government, and healthcare clients.

 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Lead and manage the BI team and all BI initiatives across the organization
  • Own the end-to-end BI solution lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Plan and manage BI project delivery in coordination with PMO, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management for BI projects
  • Lead the development of dashboards, reports, data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and advanced analytics solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with best practices and standards
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests across all BI projects
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, providing executive-level reporting and insights
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, demos, and proposal contributions
  • Ensure operational excellence, including post-go-live support and SLA compliance
  • Drive innovation by integrating AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics into BI solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery) to align BI solutions with business needs
  • Track KPIs and continuously improve BI processes, tools, and delivery frameworks
  • Promote a data-driven culture and enable business users through insights and self-service BI capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering within IT, digital transformation, or HealthTech sectors
  • Proven experience leading BI teams and delivering complex, enterprise-level analytics solutions
  • Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data modeling, and analytics frameworks
  • Experience in project delivery, PMO coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to support pre-sales and client engagements
  • Experience integrating AI and advanced analytics into BI solutions is a strong advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills (including C-level engagement)
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with Appium, Selenium, or JMeter for QA integration.
  • Experience with secure mobile development practices and app performance profiling.
  • Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or active participation in the Flutter community.
