Marketing Manager

Job Description 

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of Megamind IT Solutions’ marketing strategy, driving brand positioning, demand generation, and market expansion across enterprise, government, and healthcare sectors.

This role is responsible for building a strong, differentiated brand presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives aligned with Megamind’s AI-driven solutions and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities 

  • Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring endpoint virus protection solution.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • Define and position Megamind’s value proposition across AI, digital transformation, and healthcare solutions
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, content, PR)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align marketing initiatives with pipeline generation and conversion goals
  • Lead content strategy, including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and website messaging
  • Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
  • Oversee digital marketing performance (SEO, SEM, paid media, analytics, marketing automation)
  • Organize and manage participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences (e.g., healthcare & AI expos)

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine positioning and strategy
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns effectively
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance
  • Support product launches and solution go-to-market strategies

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and post-campaign analysis

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT (BSc) or equivalent.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA) in Routing & Switching, Microsoft MCSA and other professional level equivalent certifications.

   Experience 

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing within IT, digital transformation, or HealthTech sectors
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and pipeline development
  • Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and personalization techniques is a strong advantage
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams in a target-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
